1. Privacy Policy
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Passengers should not cancel or postpone the tour less than 24 hours prior to departure. No refund will be given to such passengers.
Cancellation requests will be considered if submitted before 36 hours from the date of the journey. For such cancellations, a 30% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance will be transferred back to the customer's account within 5 working days.
If any unforeseen circumstances arise (such as bad weather, floods, bundhs, technical problems, or other external reasons), the Government has full authority to suddenly cancel the tour. Under such conditions, we will inform you immediately. No refunds will be given for GST, service charges, and transportation expenses. The remaining balance amount will be refunded to the customer's account within 5 working days.
3. Terms & Conditions
- Passengers must report to the travel premises at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- The company shall not be held responsible in any way for the loss of luggage, goods, or personal property belonging to passengers during the travel.
- The company shall not be held responsible for any delays or inconveniences caused during the journey due to vehicle breakdowns or other reasons completely beyond the control of the company.
- Children must be closely watched and taken care of by their respective parents throughout the entire duration of the journey.
- Mandatory Life Jacket Rule: Every single individual must wear a life jacket continuously until the very end of their water journey.
- It is strictly forbidden and prohibited for anyone to descend or step down directly into the river Godavari.
- In the event of unforeseen weather circumstances (bad weather, floods, bundhs, unexpected technical snags, etc.), the Government reserves full statutory authority to cancel the tour abruptly. We will notify you of such changes. In these circumstances, no refund will be extended on GST, service fees, or transportation elements. The net remaining balance will be processed back to the customer's original account within 5 working days.
- Please ensure that all traveling passengers carry a **photocopy (Xerox copy) of their Aadhaar Card** during the journey.
- All legal claims, settlements, and legal disputes are subject strictly to **Rajahmundry jurisdiction only**.
